This privacy policy applies to the Bettermint Health app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Bettermint Health Private Limited (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (for example, IP address)
• The pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information. The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymised data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this statement.

The Application uses third-party services that maintain their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information as required by law; when disclosure is believed in good faith to be necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or respond to a government request; and with trusted service providers working on its behalf who have agreed to follow the rules in this statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterwards. To request deletion of user-provided data, email support@betterminthealth.com. The Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13, or knowingly collect their personally identifiable information. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted. A parent or guardian who is aware that a child has provided personal information should contact the Service Provider.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned with safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be communicated by updating this page. You are advised to review it regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy now and as amended.
